Members Portal
A secure workspace for member jurisdictions, accredited institutions, and certified applicants to manage submissions, documents, and reports.
Who can sign in
The Members Portal is reserved for accredited users: finance ministry and central-bank officials of member jurisdictions, accredited correspondent banks and custodians, and individuals or institutions with an active Clearance Certificate application.
Access is granted by the GMI Compliance Operations team after identity verification and a one-time onboarding call. Multi-factor authentication is required on every sign-in.
What you can do
Submit and track Clearance Certificate applications, upload source-of-wealth and KYC documentation through an encrypted channel, view case officer notes, and download issued certificates.
Member-jurisdiction users can additionally access quota and voting records, surveillance country documents under embargo, and the secure messaging channel with their assigned Executive Director's office.
Requesting access
If you do not yet have credentials, request access through your relationship manager or by emailing portal-access@gmi.example.org with your full name, organization, and the reason for access. We aim to respond within two business days.
Lost credentials should be reset through the Forgot Password link on the sign-in screen. For account lockouts, contact the Service Desk on +1 (202) 555-0188.
Security and support
All portal traffic is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is monitored on a 24/7 basis. Suspected account compromise should be reported immediately to security@gmi.example.org.
